Returns & refunds
For standard Plus 30 products bought online, you may change your mind or return an unsuitable size. Tell us at hi@plus30.gr within 14 calendar days of delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Include your order reference. You may inspect and try the product as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary may reduce the refund.
For a change of mind or size, you pay the direct return postage. We charge no restocking fee. Size changes are handled as a return and a new order, rather than a free exchange. Our production partner does not reimburse these returns; Plus 30 handles your request.
We refund your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first. For a full-order withdrawal we also refund the standard original delivery charge; any extra cost of an upgraded delivery service is excluded.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact hi@plus30.gr with your order reference and, where possible, photographs. Plus 30 arranges the appropriate remedy and necessary shipping at no cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights. Please report problems promptly so we can also contact our production partner; its claim deadlines do not limit your legal rights.
The withdrawal exception applies only to goods genuinely made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised, with notice before purchase. Printing a standard Plus 30 design after an order does not, by itself, exclude returns.
Return address: Plus 30, Plateia Agiou Georgiou 3, 54635 Thessaloniki, Greece. Contact us for return instructions; do not send goods to a Printful facility without instructions. Contacting us is not a condition that removes your right to notify withdrawal on time.
To request cancellation before dispatch, email us as soon as possible. An automatic full refund is issued only after Printful confirms complete cancellation before production.
